Ingredients

1 bulb onion
2 cups beans
3 tomatoes
5 habanero peppers
1/2 cup peanut oil
1 teaspoon seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup palm oil

Instructions

1.Rinse the beans with cold water, pour into a large pot, and add enough water to cover them.
2.Slice one onion and add it to the pot. Bring the beans to a boil and let cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until tender.
3.In a blender, puree the tomatoes, habanero peppers, and remaining onion, and set aside
4.In a separate pan, heat the peanut oil and palm oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoning and salt, and stir.
5.Add the pureed tomato and pepper mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
6.Serve the beans in a bowl, garnish with the sauce.
