3/4 lb steak ( I buy precut stir fry beef . if your grocery store does n't have this option , I 'm sure you know how to )
9 1/2 ounces udon noodles
2 hot peppers ( I 'm not sure what kind of peppers I bought . They look similar to jalapenos , but they 're a little hot )
1 yellow bell pepper
1 bunch green onion
1 tablespoon instant minced garlic ( about 4 cloves )
3 tablespoons sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
