Ingredients

4 avocados
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1 small tomatoes ( use one from the garden if you can )
1/2 viadalia onion
1 clove of garlic for each avocado ( you can never use too much ! )
1 lime , juice of
sea salt
fresh ground pepper
1 serrano pepper
fresh cilantro ( I add a lot )
1 drizzle olive oil

Instructions

1.Cut avocados in half, remove seed and scoop out flesh.
2.Cut bell peppers in small pieces, cube the tomatoes, and finely chop onion, garlic and cilantro.
3.Slice the serrano pepper and remove seeds if you do not want it to be too spicy.
4.Mash avocados with a fork or potato masher in a bowl.
5.Add the juices of the lime and a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper, and mix well.
6.Gently fold in all diced vegetables and slices of serrano pepper.
7.Add chopped cilantro and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning as per your liking.
8.Serve with your favorite chips or fresh vegetables and enjoy!
