PROS

New Zealand Rock Cakes are easy to make, require only a few ingredients, and can be whipped up quickly for a last-minute dessert or snack.
The orange marmalade and raisins add a unique flavor and texture to the cake.

CONS

The texture of the Rock Cakes can be quite dense and crumbly, especially if overbaked.
They can also be slightly dry if not served warm.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

While these cakes are not particularly healthy, they can be enjoyed as an occasional treat in moderation. The raisins and orange marmalade provide some nutritional benefits such as antioxidants and vitamin C, but the high sugar and butter content should be taken into consideration.
