Ingredients

200 g chocolate chips ( Jaffa 's lollies )
250 g baking chocolate
2 eggs
125 g butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 1/4 cups plain flour , sifted

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180C/350F and line a 20 x 20cm baking tin with baking paper.
2.Melt butter and chocolate chips together in a bowl in a microwave or over a pot of simmering water, then let cool slightly.
3.Beat eggs and sugar together for 5 minutes, until pale and fluffy.
4.Fold in the chocolate mixture and sift in the flour, then mix until just combined.
5.Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the surface.
6.Place the baking chocolate on top of the mixture in rows and press them down slightly.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden, set and a skewer inserted comes out clean.
8.Leave to cool completely in the tin, then cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
