Ingredients

1 -2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
10 -12 links pork sausage , cut into about four pieces
1 -2 onion , chopped
1 -2 carrot , chopped
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 can coconut cream
2 tablespoons coconut
2 tablespoons sultanas
1 -2 banana , chopped
apple ( optional )
salt and pepper

Instructions
