Ingredients

1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts , chopped
1 cup sultana
100 g butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2.Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
3.In a large mixing bowl, add the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, chopped nuts and sultanas. Mix well.
4.In a small saucepan, melt the butter, honey and sugar together. Stir continuously until it has become a thick syrup.
5.Pour the syrup into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until it is fully coated.
6.Pour the mixture onto the lined baking tray and press down firmly.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
8.Remove from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into individual bars.
