2 red capsicums
2 tomatoes
4 tablespoons yogurt

2 teaspoons garlic paste or 3 chopped garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

3.Place the chicken in a large bowl and pour the marinade over it.
4.Mix well, ensuring that the chicken is coated in the marinade.
5.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably overnight.
6.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7.Spread the chicken out on the lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the marinade has caramelized and darkened in color.
