1 kg ground chicken
250 g cabbage
2 white onions
120 sheets pastry dough
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

1.Combine the ground chicken, cabbage, and one finely chopped onion in a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2.Take the sheets of pastry dough and cut them into circles, approximately 3 inches in diameter.
3.Place a small amount of the chicken mixture in the middle of each circle of dough. Use water to seal the edges of the dough together, forming little pouches around the filling.
4.Put a steamer on the stove and bring water to boil, put the momos inside and steam them for 10-15 minutes.
5.To prepare the achar, cut the other white onion into small pieces. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin and sesame seeds. When they crackle, add the chopped onion and a pinch of salt. Cook the onion until it turns brown. Add a tablespoon of tomato and chili paste and cook it for 2 minutes. Finally, add a tablespoon of soy sauce and mix well.
