oil , for greasing
2 cups salad greens
1/2 cucumber , seeded and sliced into half moons
2 spring onions , shredded
1/2 cup fresh herb ( Thai basil , coriander or mint )
1/2 cup nuoc cham sauce

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix ground lean pork, minced pork fat, shallot, garlic, fish sauce, roasted rice powder salt and pepper.
2.Wet hands to form patties about 2 inches wide and 1 inch thick.
3.Grill patties for 5 minutes earning sear marks, then flip and grill for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
4.Assemble the salad greens, cucumbers, shredded spring onions and fresh herbs.
5.Top the salad mixture with patties and drizzle with nuoc cham sauce.
6.Serve and enjoy!
