1 kg beetroot
1 onion ( sliced )
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 1/2 cups beet juice
2 cloves

Instructions

1.Boil the beetroot in a large pot of water for 30-40 minutes or until they can be easily pierced with a fork.

3.Add the sliced onion to the bowl or jar of beetroot.
