2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup water
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh green beans
1/2 cup green peas
1 cup chopped potatoes
4 ounces paneer , cubed
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt to taste

Instructions

1.In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the mixed nuts until golden. Set aside.

3.Add the tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, turmeric, coriander, and garam masala to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add the water, raisins, chopped vegetables, and paneer to the pan. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
5.Stir in the milk, heavy cream, and salt. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6.Sprinkle the fried nuts on top before serving.
