1 tablespoon baking powder
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup warm water

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, olive oil, and sea salt.
2.Gradually add in warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
3.Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
4.Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
5.Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
6.Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
7.Roll each ball of dough into a thin circle and cook on the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
8.Remove from heat and brush with a mixture of olive oil and Sumac Za’atar.
9.Serve warm and enjoy!
