Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C/355°F.
2.Place butter and sugar syrup in a saucepan over low heat and stir gently until melted.
3.Combine the eggs and raw sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add the muesli, coconut, flour, rose essence, sesame seeds, and the butter mixture. Mix well to combine.
4.Press the mixture into a greased and lined 20cm x 30cm slice tin and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
5.Allow the muesli bars to cool in the tin for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack. Once cool, cut into bars and serve.
