Instructions

1.In a blender or food processor, blend together allspice berries, brown sugar, garlic, scotch bonnet peppers, thyme leaves, green onions, Pickapeppa sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, lime juice, salt and pepper until a thick paste forms.
2.Rub the paste onto the chicken, making sure it is well coated.
3.Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
4.Preheat your grill to high heat.
5.Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Serve hot.
