Ingredients

2 tablespoons grapeseed oil ( or other frying oil )
1/3 cup water

Instructions

1.Cut the top sirloin steak into thin strips.

4.Heat the grapeseed oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
5.Add the beef strips and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

7.Add the onion, broccoli, and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
8.Add the beef back to the skillet and stir in the hoisin sauce mixture and 1/3 cup of water.
9.Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the beef and vegetables are coated.
10.Serve the stir fry hot over rice or noodles.
