Ingredients

ghee ( for frying , you can use butter )
garam masala ( for garnish )
cilantro ( for garnish )
oil ( for frying )
30 ounces ground meat ( you can use more , or less )
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste ( made by comining 1 part ginger with 1 part garlic in a food processor )
3 leaves coriander
2 indian green chilies
6 eggs
1/2 cup water
50 g ground onions
50 g tomato puree
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 1/2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
Nargisi Koftas is an Indian dish that originated in the Mughlai cuisine. It is a combination of ground meat and boiled eggs, shaped into balls and deep-fried until golden brown. The meatballs are then simmered in a flavorful curry sauce made with spices and tomato puree. This dish is perfect for special occasions or a hearty dinner. Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add the ground meat, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilies, and salt to taste.
2.Mix well and divide the mixture into 6 equal portions.
3.Boil 4 eggs in salted water for 5-6 minutes until hard boiled. Let them cool and peel off the shell.
4.Take each portion of meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a boiled egg in the center and shape the meat around the egg. Make sure it's sealed well so that the egg doesn't escape during frying.
5.Heat oil in a pan and gently add the meat and egg balls. Fry until golden brown, remove from the heat and set aside.
6.In the same pan, add the ginger-garlic paste, ground onions, and tomato puree to the remaining oil. Cook until lightly browned.
7.Add turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
8.Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.
9.Transfer the fried meat and egg balls to the curry and cook for a further 5 minutes.
10.Garnish with garam masala and chopped cilantro.
11.Serve hot with rice, naan bread, or roti.
