1 medium onion , chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 packages old el paso taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 bag plain Doritos
1 lb monterey jack pepper cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 F.

4.Crush the bag of Doritos and spread them in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
