Ingredients

500 g chicken drumsticks ( the fresh uncooked variety ! )
6 teaspoons herb-seasoned salt ( Aromat )
2 cans chopped tomatoes
2 1/2 teaspoons sage ( to taste )
3 teaspoons rosemary ( to taste )
1 teaspoon paprika
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 chopped onions
1 red pepper
3 garlic cloves , chopped and crushed
1 package polenta ( that 's what packages here contain , use as much as you need according to package )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Season your chicken drumsticks with the herb-seasoned salt and paprika.
3.Heat up a large pan with the olive oil and cook the chicken drumsticks for 10 minutes or until all sides are nicely browned.
4.Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
5.Add the onions, red pepper, and garlic to the same pan and cook them until the onions are translucent.
6.Add the cans of chopped tomatoes and herbs into the pan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes.
7.Once it is done, pour the tomato mixture into a baking dish. Layer the chicken drumsticks on top of the tomato mixture.
8.Cook the polenta according to the package instructions. Once done, pour the polenta over the chicken drumsticks.
9.Bake the whole thing together for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the polenta is firm and slightly crispy on top.
