1 ounce fat or 1 ounce dripping

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F and place the fat or dripping into a deep-sided ovenproof dish.
2.Sieve the flour and add the well-beaten eggs.
3.Beat together until there are no lumps.
4.Slowly add the milk while beating the mixture until fully combined.
5.Once the oven is heated, pour the mixture into the dish of hot fat and put it in the oven.
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the Yorkshire pudding is risen and golden brown.
