24 corn tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese and chicken.
3.In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Dip each tortilla into oil for 5 to 10 seconds or until soft and flexible.
4.Place tortilla in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture in center of tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in pan. Repeat until the pan is full and all ingredients are used.
5.Pour remaining chicken mixture over top of enchiladas and spread evenly. Top with any extra shredded cheese, if desired.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the enchiladas are heated through.
