Instructions

1.Cut pork loin into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

4.In a large pot, bring chicken stock and water to a boil.

6.Add the corn to the pot and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes or until the pork and vegetables are tender.
7.Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt and serve hot.
