1 medium cucumber
6 medium shallots
4 Thai red chili peppers
8 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
2/3 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup water

Instructions

1.Peel and slice the cucumber into thin pieces and place it into a mixing bowl.
2.Peel the shallots and slice them into thin pieces. Add them to the mixing bowl with the cucumber.
3.Cut the stems off of the Thai red chili peppers and slice them into small pieces. Add them to the mixing bowl with the other ingredients.
4.Add sugar, salt, chicken bouillon cube, water, and white vinegar to a separate saucepan and simmer until the sugar, salt, and chicken bouillon cube have dissolved.
5.Pour the heated mixture over the cucumber, shallots, and Thai red chili peppers.
6.Mix the ingredients until everything is well combined. Let it cool before serving.
