Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and salt.

4.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of the pancake batter.
5.Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute.
6.Fill each pancake with the cottage cheese mixture and roll up.
7.Place in a casserole dish and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
