Unlike traditional pierogi, which are made with a pasta-like dough, Nagie Pierogi are made with a batter that is boiled and then fried. This gives the pierogi a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior. The farmer cheese filling is simple and flavorful, making it a great comfort food for a cozy night in. Serve with sour cream or fried onions for a complete and satisfying meal.

4.Roll the dough into small balls or cylindrical shapes, about 1 inch in size.
