Ingredients

1/2 napa cabbage , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Korean red pepper powder
5 cups water
1 tablespoon sweet rice flour ( glutinous rice flour )
1/2 yellow onion , cut into chunks
1/2 Asian pear - peeled , cored , and thinly sliced
3 green onions , cut into 1-inch pieces
6 cloves garlic , sliced
3 slices fresh ginger
Nabak kimchi is a refreshing and spicy water kimchi that hails from Korea. Made with napa cabbage, onion, pear, and a blend of spices, this tangy and sour dish is perfect for hot summer days. Instructions

4.In a large mixing bowl, add the spice-rubbed napa cabbage, the onion and pear puree, and the sweet rice flour mixture.
5.Add the remaining 1 cup of water to the bowl and mix well.
6.Transfer the mixture to a large jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Let it ferment in the fridge for 3 days before serving.
