1 package Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
7 noodles lasagna noodles
1 jar alfredo sauce
1/2 lb bacon
1 box spinach ( frozen )
1 large red bell pepper
8 ounces goat cheese , crumbles
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
8 stalks green onions
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic , divided
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cracked ground pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

10.Bake for 25 minutes, or until lasagna is heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
