Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
15 maple sausage
2 eggs
2 lbs ricotta cheese
2 jars spaghetti sauce , we like to use both three cheese flavor and tomato and basil flavored mixed
1 box manicotti
1 tablespoon sugar
2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
5 fresh Italian parsley ( strands )
My Sweet Manicotti in Meat Sauce is a delicious dish combining best of both savory and sweet recipes. It is a filling lunch or dinner that always leaves everyone asking for more. This recipe is easy to make and can be put together in about 50 minutes or less. The combination of meat, cheese, and sweet-spicy tomato sauce makes for an unforgettable taste experience. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F(190°C).
2.Brown meat in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Crumble sausage; add to skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until browned, stirring frequently. Drain.
3.Add eggs and ricotta cheese to meat mixture; mix well. Spoon into resealable plastic bag. Cut small corner off bottom of bag. Spread thin layer of spaghetti sauce onto bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish;
4.Stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture. Place, seam-sides down, over sauce in dish.
5.Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
6.Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Top with Parmesan and parsley; serve hot.
