1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup small macaroni noodles

Instructions

1.In a large, heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned.
2.Add in the onions, celery, and carrots and continue to cook until the vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
3.Add the garlic and cook for another minute or until fragrant.
4.Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans (with their liquid), water, beef bouillon granules, parsley, oregano, basil, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
5.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
6.Add the macaroni noodles and simmer until the noodles are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
7.Add salt to taste.
8.Serve hot, with freshly grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
