Ingredients

1 chuck roast
3 cups beef broth

2/3 ounce dried Italian salad dressing mix , package ( i use 2 )
1 bay leaf

Instructions

5.Once the chuck roast is cooked, remove from the slow cooker and shred with a fork.
6.Place the shredded beef back into the slow cooker and mix with the juices.
7.Serve on a hoagie roll with giardiniera peppers or on a bed of rice or mashed potatoes.
