1/2 cup semolina ( suji )
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups water
20 raisins ( optional )
1/4 teaspoon yellow food coloring ( optional )
1/4 cup dried coconut ( thinly sliced )

Instructions

3.Add sugar and mix well.
4.Add raisins, yellow food coloring, and dried coconut (thinly sliced). Mix well and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
