4 pounds chicken leg quarters

1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup brandy
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 bay leaf
1 package sliced fresh mushrooms

Instructions

1.Heat the oven to 375 F.

6.Remove from oven, stir the sauce and taste for seasoning. Adjust seasoning if needed. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
7.Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
