1 can cream of mushroom soup , undiluted

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2.Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a shallow dish.

5.Brown the steak on both sides in the hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
6.Transfer the steak to a large roasting pan.

8.Pour the mixture over the steak.
9.Spread mushroom soup evenly over the top of the steak and sauce.
10.Cover the roasting pan tightly.
11.Bake in the preheated oven until steak is cooked through and tender, about 2 hours.
