1/2 cup dried cherries , plumped- not organic
1/4 cup egg white
2/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk

Instructions

6.On a floured surface, knead the dough gently then pat out into a circle.
7.Cut the dough into 8 triangles, brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar (optional).
8.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
