1 can stewed tomatoes ( I use whole and chop them myself )
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb ground turkey ( though my Dad uses beef )
1 -3 garlic clove , minced
1 small onion , chopped
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sage
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon summer savory ( the staple of east coast cooking ! )
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon thyme
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2.In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium-high heat, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned, around 5 minutes.
3.Add minced garlic, chopped onion, sage, summer savory, and thyme to the skillet with the turkey. Cook until onion is translucent, stirring occasionally, around 5 minutes.
4.Add canned stewed tomatoes (chopped), cream of mushroom soup, and salt and pepper. Stir well.
5.Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir until well combined. Reduce heat to medium and cook until heated through, around 5 minutes.
6.Serve hot.
