Instructions

4.Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes until smooth and supple consistency.
5.On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter or any round cutter of your choice to shape your Welsh cakes.
6.Place them on a heated greased pan and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
7.Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
