1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
juice of one lime
2 tablespoons cilantro
salt and pepper ( to taste )

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
2.Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3.Add garlic, chipotle chili, cumin, and oregano and cook for another 2 minutes.
4.Add chicken stock, pinto beans, and lime juice to the pot.
5.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until beans are tender, about 30 minutes.
6.Use an immersion blender or transfer to a blender, and blend until smooth.
7.Stir in cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8.Serve hot.
