Ingredients

1 thin crust pizza dough ( I used Pillsbury but use homemade if desired )
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts , coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ( or more , fontina would be good also )
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce ( can use more , we do not like saucy )
4 ounces Canadian bacon , cut into strips
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies , drained
feta cheese
2 slices red onions , coarsely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2.Place the pizza dough on a preheated pizza stone.
3.Spread the sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce on top of the pizza dough.
4.Sprinkle dried basil, salt, and pepper on the sauce.
5.Add the chopped artichoke hearts and minced garlic to the pizza.
6.Add the Canadian bacon strips on top of the pizza.
7.Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and feta cheese on top of the pizza.
8.Add the chopped red onions.
9.Add the drained Rotel tomatoes and chilies.
10.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
