1/4 cup fresh mint leaves , minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh garlic clove , minced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest , finely grated
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice , freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 large eggs , beaten
1/2 lb thawed phyllo pastry dough ( use 14-inch x 9-inch )
1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
3/4 cup parmesan cheese , finely grated

Instructions

10.Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
11.Score the top layer of phyllo dough into squares or triangles.
12.Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the phyllo dough is golden brown and crispy.
