Instructions

1.In a blender, add peeled and seeded Asian pear and kiwi. Blend until smooth.
2.Cut beef top sirloin into thin slices.
3.In a large bowl, mix together the blended fruit, soy sauce, brown sugar, peeled and sliced ginger root, minced garlic, chili oil, sesame oil, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
