Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).

3.Combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
4.Allow the mixture to boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Then, remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla.
5.Pour the caramel over the popcorn mixture, tossing gently to coat evenly.
6.Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
7.Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
