Ingredients

2 cups gram flour
1 tablespoon almonds , powdered
1 tablespoon cashews , powdered
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 teaspoon cardamom , powdered
1/2 cup sugar , coarsely ground
Besan Ladoo is a traditional sweet dish in India. It is made with gram flour, sugar, ghee and some dry fruits. They have a melt-in-mouth texture and are aromatic. It is popularly consumed and gifted during festivals and special occasions. These ladoos are very easy to prepare and their tempting, aromatic smell will definitely leave you licking your fingers clean.

Instructions

1.In a wide pan, heat ghee until it melts.
2.Add gram flour to it and stir gently, roast it for 5 minutes.
3.Keep stirring the mixture until fragrant aroma comes out from it and the color changes slightly.
4.Now, add powdered sugar, powdered almonds, powdered cashewnuts, and cardamom powder to the mixture and cook for 5-7 mins.
5.Allow it to cool down for 5 minutes.
6.Using your hands make balls out of it and shape like round ladoos.
