100 g vermicelli , roasted
8 -10 raisins
5 -6 almonds
4 -5 cashews
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds ( known as & quot ; chironji & quot ; in Hindi )

Instructions

1.In a pan, heat ghee and add vermicelli to it. Roast it till it turns golden brown.
2.Once vermicelli is roasted, add chopped nuts to it and sauté for few seconds.
3.Now, add raisins, cardamom powder and sugar to the pan. Mix it well.
4.Pour milk to the pan and stir it for a minute.
5.Garnish it with chironji and serve.
