250 g paneer cheese , cubed
1 medium onion , chopped finely
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas
2 garlic cloves , minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
oil , for frying
cilantro , chopped ( to garnish )

Instructions

1.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

3.Add in the can of chopped tomatoes and stir well, then add in all the spices (ginger, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, and salt) and mix well.
4.Add the frozen peas and cook until they are tender. Then add in the paneer cubes and mix well.
5.Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
