4 avocados , sliced
12 corn tortillas
24 grape tomatoes , halved lengthwise
4 scallions , white and green parts , thinly sliced
4 large romaine lettuce leaves , shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
2 -4 cups canola oil
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons mustard girl sweet and spicey honey mustard

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
