Ingredients

3/4 cup plain flour
4 tablespoons unsalted butter ( chilled and cut into pieces )
3 tablespoons water ( chilled )
1/4 teaspoon salt
olive oil
100 g mushrooms ( trimmed , cut into bite size pieces )
1 onion ( coarsely chopped )
2 cups spinach leaves ( if large coarsely chop , tightly packed )
50 g ham ( chopped )
50 g cheese ( tasty or cheddar grated )
1/2 cup thickened cream ( double cream )
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper ( freshly ground )
Mushroom, spinach, and ham tarts are a classic quiche that is savory, filling, and delicious. These little tarts are perfect for breakfast on the go, a cozy brunch, or a light lunch. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Grease a 12 hole muffin tin.
2.In a large bowl, mix the plain flour, butter, ¼ teaspoon salt and water together to form a dough. Knead it lightly and roll out into a circle.
3.Cut the circle into 12 equal pieces and press each one into the muffin tin holes.
4.In a large pan, add olive oil. Then add mushrooms and cook for five minutes. Add onion and cook for two minutes. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in ham.
5.Place the mixture evenly in each tart.
6.Whisk cream, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over the mixture in each tart.
7.Sprinkle cheese on top of each tart.
8.Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
9.Serve hot or cold.
