2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Instructions

1.In a pan over medium heat, dry roast cumin seeds and white mustard seeds for 30 seconds until fragrant.
2.Add minced garlic and sauté until lightly browned.
3.Add cubed paneer and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for two minutes until paneer is lightly browned and mushrooms are soft.
4.Add coriander paste, tomato paste, and vegetable stock powder. Mix well.
5.Add water and bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for two minutes.
6.Add garam masala and cayenne pepper. Mix well and simmer for another two minutes.
7.Serve hot with rice or roti.
