Ingredients

250 g mushrooms
1 apple , peeled and cored
4 sprigs mint
seasoning
1 1/2 kg loin lamb , chops . boned
butter ( for frying )
1 box frozen puff pastry
egg , for glazing
Mushroom and Lamb Parcels are a delicious and elegant main course that is perfect for a dinner party or special occasion. The combination of tender lamb chops and earthy mushrooms, wrapped in flaky puff pastry, makes for a hearty and satisfying meal. Instructions

1.Finely chop the mushrooms, apple, and mint.
2.Season the chops generously with salt and pepper.
3.In a frying pan on medium-high heat, melt the butter and fry the chops until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes each side.
4.Remove the chops from the pan and set them aside to rest for 10 minutes.
5.Using the same pan, add the chopped mushrooms, apple, and mint, and sauté for 5 minutes.
6.Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
7.Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
8.Place a spoonful of the mushroom mixture on each square.
9.Place a lamb chop on top of the mushroom mixture.
10.Fold the pastry square over the chop and brush with beaten egg.
11.Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
