Ingredients

4 chicken breasts ( about 800 gms . )
4 -6 green chilies , stems removed and washed
1 inch ginger , peeled and washed
5 -6 cloves garlic , peeled and washed
2/3 cup plain yogurt , beaten
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg ( You can use powdered cinnamon as a substitute )
2 teaspoons garam masala powder
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
salt
1/4 cup butter
Murgh Makhmali Kababs, also known as Spicy-Tangy Chicken Kababs, is a delicious appetizer that originates from northern India. The recipe features succulent pieces of chicken breast marinated in a spicy green paste, yogurt, cheese, fresh cream, honey and a fragrant blend of Indian spices. Instructions

1.In a food processor, add the green chilies, ginger, garlic and process into a fine paste.
2.In a large bowl, add the chicken breasts and make cuts on it.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together the green paste, beaten yogurt, processed cheese, fresh cream, nutmeg, garam masala powder, honey, lemon juice, salt and butter.
4.Mix well and add to the chicken. Coat the chicken well and allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours.
5.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grill the chicken kababs for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown.
6.Serve hot.
