Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat oil and add sliced onions, sauté until golden brown.

4.Add coriander powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder, saffron, salt, and pepper, mix well.
5.Add chicken stock and cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
6.Add fresh cream, mozzarella cheese, and white pepper, stir continuously for 2-3 minutes.
7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
8.Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
